Comments and ratings
The comments and ratings lets you set up a  comments board. Posted comments will display (where it says no comments in the example).

You can set up how it will display and what will actually happen with the comments. Your website will need to be on the internet for a comment / vote system to work, but still include them in your projects if they are relevant.
You can write instructions alongside the form so people know what it is for, eg "comment on the article above, use the vote to show if you agree"

Note : there is no point filling this one in, the comment will only come to my email - they won't be posted unless I authorise them - which I won't.
When you add / edit the comments object you see this:
  • You can choose the comment system you want (highlighted yellow) - the website x5 one which is what I've used, or a facebook one.
  • The content type (pink) lets you choose comments, votes or both.
  • View mode (blue) lets you set if comments go straight to the website, or if they need to be approved by admin first (which is what I have done).
  • You can use view order, comments per page etc to tailor how things will be displayed.
  • If you want comments to be stored online you need to set up a folder  (green)
  • You can also ask for an email when comments are added.

After you set this up you will get a pop up about a php page. PHP is a web language. Just click OK and it will automatically set up what is needed
