Planning your Revision
The best way to plan your revision is to use a revision timetable.

A timetable lets you organise your time so you get the most out of it. I would recommend using a 2 week timetable and re drawing it every two weeks so you know exactly where you are.

I prefer to have both subjects and topics on a revision timetable so I know that I am revising maths, and In the Monday session I will be focussed on area of 2d shapes. I sometime include details of the activity for the session too for example practice questions on 2d shapes, check definitions of hygiene key words.
As you can see, a revision timetable should include free time and other activities too. It should be your schedule or calendar. Once you can see how everything fits together it is easier to focus on the revision.

Here is a link to a revision timetable for a school day (like the image)

Here is one for days when you are not in school eg a half term, or study leave.

You will be tempted to focus only on your weakest areas, don't. Make sure you are revising for all your subjects and topics. You can give a little more time to areas you are weak in but you need to keep revisiting all the learning with 10min refreshers etc.
