Shooting a Bullet - Lakelands Computing

Shooting bullets
Shooting in games is common but it is not as simple to do as you might first think.  It involves using and combining a number of the previous scratch skills.

The  key steps are:

1) Make the bullet go to the weapon (see move goto page)
2) Make the bullet move (see movement - auto page)
3) Control the direction the bullet is moving in ( see movement using keys 2)
4) Make the bullet stop when it misses (see collisions for 4 ,5 and 6)
5) Make the bullet stop when it hits
6) Have the target react
