Row Formats on page layout
Row Formats lets you put a background colour on the content section of the page.
The overlay and transition lets you have the background change from one colour to another - experiment with it to see exactly how it works. Note - you need to preview the page to see what it does.
This is what the above would do
Note - you will need some content in the row to be able to format it - for example a bit of text.
Row Format affects all the rows, you can use Style to just affect one row, or even one cell.
