Product Catalog
The product catalog is part of website X5's e-commerce tools. The catalog lets you display some (or all) of the products that you are selling.

It gets this product information from the shopping cart. To use a prodcut catalog you will first need to set up the shopping cart  - it is in advanced settings, click here to learn more. Once this is done you can create the catalog. Here is an example of a finished catalog:
To create a catalog, add / edit the object. You will see a list of all the products and categories (drawn from the shopping cart information).
You need to tick which ones you want in the catalog (blue highlight). This will add them to the right hand side of the screen. Once you have all the ones you want to include move on to the Settings tab
On the Setting you can choose the layout on the "Card". This is how each product is displayed. There are 4 cards in the example image on this page.

You can set where the images, title and description are (yellow highlight) , how many cards, card height etc.

You can also format each elements eg Background, title, description etc. (red arrow). The formatting includes background colours, borders etc.

Once you have completed the settings the program will automatically create the cards for you. When your site is live, if a customer clicks the add button, it will be added to their shopping "basket".
The price, product options (like size), shipping, VAT are all set up in the shopping cart settings.
